Kitchen Jar Rocky Road

 Happy National Rocky Road Day all!

What’s a better way to celebrate than with an ice cream classic. 

2 - 3 c. heavy cream

Pinch of salt

1/8 - 1/3 c. sugar

1 - 2 tsp. vanilla

1 - 2 T. cocoa powder

1/4 - 1/2 c. each: mini marshmallows, chopped walnuts, chocolate chips

In 4 clean jars, combine ingredients

Screw lid on jars and shake jar for 5 - 6 min. place jar in freezer to chill for a few hrs. 

Serves 4.
