Whether it's from fires, floods, storms, earthquakes, tornados, hurricanes, many families are devestated, lives changed.

On the side of this page are links to organizations that are helping in relief efforts.

Any donation would be appreciated.

Simply Fish

Sometimes simple meals are the best.

This is perfect for a simple dinner or anytime.

I've used flounder, but you could use the fish that you like.

1 lb. fish fillets

2 - 3 T. oil

1/4 tsp. each: salt, pepper, granulated garlic

1/2 - 1 tsp. lemon juice

Remove fish from the refrigerator, set aside.

Preheat skillet to medium high heat, lower to medium.

Add oil to skillet.

Place fish in pan.

Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic, on fish.

Squeeze some lemon juice on fish.

Cook on one side for a 3 - 5 min. Keep an eye on it so it  doesn't overcook.

Flip fish over repeat process on other side for a few minutes, more.

Serves 4.
