This is perfect for fall or anytime.
1 lb. pork chops
1/4 tsp. each: salt, pepper, granulated garlic
1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes
nonstick cooking spray
1 T. each: sesame oil, lime juice
2 - 3 T. low sodium soy sauce
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Spray baking sheet with non stick spray
Arrange pork chops on baking sheet.
Sprinkle salt, pepper, granulated garlic, red pepper flakes over 1 side of pork chops.
Drizzle sesame oil, lime juice, soy sauce over pork chops.
Turn pork chops and repeat process.
Place pork chops in oven and cook for 30 min.
Halfway through cooking, remove pork chops from oven, turn pork chops on other side.
Put baking sheet back in oven and cook pork chops until done.
Serves 4.
