PTA Potluck Chicken Salad™

Fall is the season for get togethers. This recipe is perfect for potlucks or anytime. 

1 pkg.  (16 oz) elbow macaroni 
2 stalks of celery chopped 
1 can (8 oz) pineapple chunks drained
1 c. Red or green grapes halved
1 - 2 c. light mayonnaise 
1 can (12.5 oz.) chopped cooked chicken drained
1/8 - 1/4 tsp. each: salt, pepper

Cook macaroni according to package instructions, drain well. 

Rinse and cut: grapes and celery. 

Open and drain cans: chicken, pineapple chunks. 

In a serving dish: combine all ingredients, mix well and place in refrigerator to chill.

Serves 4.
