This is perfect for leftovers or anytime
4 oz. cheddar cheese
8 oz. cooked turkey meat
8 dinner rolls
Nonstick cooking spray
2 T. mustard
Cut dinner rolls in half.
Preheat skillet to medium high heat, lower to medium low, spray nonstick spray in skillet.
Place bread side of dinner rolls on pan to toast for a minute.
While bread is toasting, divide meat and cheese into pieces.
Remove rolls from pan and arrange meat and cheese on 8 halves of the rolls.
Smear mustard with a clean knife on sandwiches.
Place other halves of rolls on top and place sandwiches in pan for 1 - 2 min. to melt cheese on 1 side.
Flip sandwiches over to toast on other side for 1 - 2 min. or until done.
Serves 4.
